The Women's Institute of Self Defense and Empowerment was founded by Dara Zink in 2018 to enable women to change their "can'ts" to "cans" and teach them to move through our world with confidence and strength.

Teaching women that they are capable of trusting themselves and defending themselves is just the beginning steps to creating a better and safer world for our daughters.
